- All Items purchased from our website are subject to the terms of the license that the buyer selected during checkout.
- After purchasing a template, a download link will appear in your user account page. Also, an email will be sent to you containing information about your purchase.
- Every customer is entitled to download a copy of their purchase at any time. Any released updates related to the customer’s purchase will also be available for download at any time.
- Theme.uttarainfotech accepts payments only in USD for all of the products. We are unable to accept any other currency due to the unpredictable currency exchange fees.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital products, it is difficult to issue a refund. However, we will refund 100% of your money if the product contains significant issues that the author is not willing to fix. If the author agrees to a fix, you will receive a free copy of the updated template. If the author fails to deliver a fix within two business days, you will receive a full refund.
